Lumina Learning Japan enters the finals of APB award
It gives us great pleasure to announce that Lumina Learning Japan has made the finals of the APB award for ‘Digital Innovation’ Hurrah! What ever happens in the finals, it is a great accolade.
Forced to a sudden halt by the COVID19 pandemic, Global Management Academy acted swiftly and managed to move everything online in record time, a fact evidently not lost on the judges.
Fast forward to the start of the 2020-2021 programme and they had fully integrated the latest-learning technology. It was a Herculean task, but one that was worth the blood, sweat and tears. Kudos to Elizabeth Handover and her team!
And whilst we’re on the subject of awards, the inimitable Chris Pim of this parish has been shortlisted for the APB Learning of the Year Award. Chris is a man for whom learning is not a job- it’s vocation. He is an indispensable member of staff and along with Dr Stewart Desson and Julie Ensor, the brains behind Spark Coach Plus. Chris, we salute you!
Spark Coach Plus
Here’s a quick reminder as to what Spark Coach Plus is: quite simply, it is the powerful lens of Spark Coach, plus a deeper dive into the emotional drivers of behaviour.
If Lumina Spark is the ‘what’, then Spark Coach plus is the ‘why.’ Why do we do what we do? What governs the choices we make both professionally and personally? What drives us and why? Spark Coach Plus helps participants answer these questions. Like a thermal imaging camera, it will reveal their emotional motivations like never before. All thanks to some fiendishly clever algorithms which turn data into actionable information. At the click of a button.
Is it fully digital?
In a few clicks, you can have a fully customised, interactive and data-driven coaching session planned, ready to use in-person or hybrid. Result: you save time and effort and your client walks away with greater self-awareness plus a bullet-proof plan of action to be their best in the workplace. Drop the proverbial mike!
