Meet the new Lumina Team
Get ready to uncover the collective behavioural dynamics shaping a team’s performance in a whole new way.
On 23 November, we’re unveiling Lumina Team and giving you everything you need to start using the new features.
Since 2018, the Lumina Team Viewer has helped teams see how their individual behaviour styles come together in one collective view.
Now, Lumina Team takes the Team Viewer experience you already love and opens a whole new way to explore what happens when different styles come together.
You’ll be introduced to the long-awaited Team Splash, see how a team’s behaviour shifts across the Three Personas and look beneath the surface to understand the individual Aspects and Qualities influencings a team’s performance.
With brand new ready-to-use workshop slides, exercises and resources, you’ll experience how to turn those behavioural insights into powerful conversations that help a team work better together.
You’ll leave ready to:
See beyond individual insights to understand how different behaviours come together and shape the performance of a team as a whole. - Go deeper into the team’s dynamics by exploring the styles, preferences, Aspects and Qualities underpinning their way of working
- Uncover the patterns behind a team’s strengths, development areas, overextensions and hidden potential.
- Bring Lumina Team straight into your team sessions, with ready-to-use exercises and resources to get you started.
