For the last 14 years, Randi has been an Executive and Team Coach leveraging training in Executive Coaching and Systems Coaching and her extensive corporate background. Today she is a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF and an ORSC Trained Systems Coach. She began her career as a Certified Management Accountant and worked in the pharmaceutical and forest products manufacturing sectors as a senior leader and business partner. Her natural ability to harvest the strengths of individuals and teams coupled with her desire to help leaders perform at their maximum potential launched her into her a career of helping leaders and their teams create Life, Leadership and Relationship strategies to optimize their energy and performance.

Randi has recently taken her career and impact to the next level and has become the Canadian Partner of Lumina Learning.
