Kate Cline is the Client Engagement Manager for Lumina Learning, USA. Kate began her undergraduate work at Sweet Briar College in Virginia where she participated in their competitive Equestrian program prior to studying Communications at Eckerd College in Florida.
Kate has been part of the Lumina family since 2010 holding a variety of roles with the Global Partner of the US. She has supported the Lumina Qualified Practitioners across the USA, Brazil and parts of Canada and Europe. Kate also delivers Lumina Learning Qualifications in multiple tools and was a trendsetter in breaking ground into the virtual delivery of solutions and qualifications. She continues to ensure the evolution of the Lumina Learning content and offerings for our US team by creating curriculum and materials that keep up with the learning trends.
Kate has a dual coaching certificate in Executive Coaching and Life Coaching through Symbiosis. She enjoys the integration of Lumina psychometrics in her coaching work with Lumina practitioners and clients.
Kate’s mission is centered around providing responsive care and client advocacy. Kate is passionate about personal development, human dynamics and helping women leaders excel. Kate is a member of NEW and serves on their fundraising committee.
Kate has an active lifestyle enjoying boating and sports. She resides in the Dallas, TX area with her husband and four beautiful children.
