The Lumina Excellence & Practitioner Awards

Every few years we bring the global selection and development community together to celebrate the unique talents of those who work with us, at Lumina Connect, our global conference. The Awards are a centre piece of the event, championing the very best of our community’s contribution to transforming organisations.

Hosted at Twickenham Stadium, the widely anticipated return of Lumina Connect brings the promise of a great few days to network and build lifelong connections with like-minded individuals face to face and virtually!

Five Awards up for Grabs

We have our standard four categories you can choose to enter, to be in with a chance of winning an award:

1. Excellence in People Development

2. Excellence in Selection and Onboarding

3. Excellence in Digital Transformation

4. Excellence in Valuing Diversity

On top of these four categories to win from, this year we have also added another chance to be victorious with the introduction of the Lumina Practitioner 2022 Award. Created with you in mind, its purpose is to recognise the broader achievements of individuals within our community. Submissions for this award can be self-written or nomination based.

Why Enter?

All finalists have the chance to present live at Lumina Connect face-to-face or virtually! You’ll have the opportunity to have written and video interview case studies of your work shared with our global audience through the Lumina Learning website and social networks. Winners will receive a commemorative trophy and the right to display the Award Winners’ logo on their professional materials and website.

Entrants selected for the final shortlist will have the chance to give a short presentation at Lumina Connect. Winners for all awards will be announced at the Lumina Connect Gala Awards Dinner on Wednesday 22 June where we will be celebrating the community’s achievements with fine dining, networking, music, and some questionable dancing!
