We’re honoured to be sponsoring 2021’s ABP conference! The 5-day virtual event started on Monday the 4th of October and is open to both members and non-members of the ABP.
The overall theme of this year’s conference is Beyond Covid… what should we expect in the coming years, and how will it affect the workforce in terms of wellbeing, diversity, purpose and connectivity?
After a year and a half of uncertainty, being able to consider a return to regular office life beyond Covid is something that most of us have been looking forward to! Last year the thought of life after Covid was something that just did not seem possible. However, the rollout of vaccinations has given us all fresh hope of life returning to some level of normality.
Top-class Virtual Connections
The ABP has committed itself to providing top-class virtual connections, using an online platform to allow the same networking conversations as possible at the standard face-to-face conference. Living in the digital age has really paid off; with the chance to network in small groups or in a one-to-one setting, the platform seems likely to allow the opportunity to meet new people, share and build new strategies.
We are incredibly proud to sponsor the ABP conference at a time when new connections and the latest information on supporting workplaces is needed with the return to work. This means we can play an instrumental part in reaching our shared goal to help business leaders, line managers, HR, L&D, and recruitment professionals better understand the impact on, and needs of the individuals, teams, and organisations they support.
Talk by Lumina CEO Dr Stewart Desson
