The overall theme of this year’s conference is Beyond Covid… what should we expect in the coming years, and how will it affect the workforce in terms of wellbeing, diversity, purpose and connectivity?
After a year and a half of uncertainty, being able to consider a return to regular office life beyond Covid is something that most of us have been looking forward to! Last year the thought of life after Covid was something that just did not seem possible. However, the rollout of vaccinations has given us all fresh hope of life returning to some level of normality.

The ABP has committed itself to providing top-class virtual connections, using an online platform to allow the same networking conversations as possible at the standard face-to-face conference. Living in the digital age has really paid off; with the chance to network in small groups or in a one-to-one setting, the platform seems likely to allow the opportunity to meet new people, share and build new strategies.
