The Lumina Team profile shows exactly where and how individuals fit within their team. The interactive team mandala enables participants to visualize the team’s qualities and characteristics, as well as identify potential blind spots. With this awareness, team members can co-create a high-performing team environment.

Lumina Team is an extension of Lumina Spark (no additional questionnaires required) and includes the Team Viewer application, which allows participants to visually explore their team’s dynamics.
