 Professional engagements include extensive coaching work, Executive Coaching, and design and development and delivery of coaching skills programmes and coaching supervision. He has also been a Conference panellist and Speaker at international ICF events. Over 5,000 hours of paid professional coaching over 30 years –Executive Coaching, Development Coaching, Career Coaching, Graduate development coaching.  Business Coaching and other Mentoring and other bespoke coaching assignments
