Anne Marie is a Partner for Lumina Learning, and is an experienced facilitator and coach on large talent and development programmes for organisations in the UK. Before turning to personal and leadership development with Lumina Learning, Anne Marie worked as a Change Consultant for BT Global Consulting for 12 years.
Anne Marie has extensive experience in coaching on Leadership Development Programmes, using the latest Lumina products. Her skill is in working in collaboration with leaders, ensuring that development is aligned with the individual desired outcomes and organisational goals.
Anne Marie has a BA (Hons) in Public Administration from Manchester Metropolitan University, and a MA in Information management from Sheffield University. Most recently, Anne Marie has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Organisational Consulting at Ashridge Business School.
Anne Marie is qualified to level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring by ILM, and has the CIPD Certificate in Coaching and Training Practice.
