A Psychometric Murder Mystery

Prepare yourselves for a psychological whodunnit as we convene on Saturday October 19th for a chilling conference unlike any other. Bringing the leadership, HR, OD, L&D and Talent communities together to delve into the importance of Resilience in the workplace and just what happens when it’s missing. We’ll unravel the mysteries plaguing organisations in their quest to adapt better through the lens of behaviour and talent. To make sense of exactly what is going on, using personality in a unique way that could solve a case affecting people everywhere.

Explore the case through:
  • Live dramas depicting challenges, directed by the audience
  • Global leaders who will cross examine evidence
  • Expert witness that will be called up to share experiences
  • Panel juries across industries to bust fact from fiction
  • Workshops to aid investigation
  • Persona Room to test your investigative skills
Resolving conflict around the Spark mat
A one-day special event by Koru Consulting and Lumina Learning

You’ll direct the case that brings the Resilience murder mystery to life in a way you’ve never experienced before, alongside other professionals tackling similar challenges. Ultimately, the day ahead will help you reinvent your people strategy and interventions by sharing ideas with one another in a way that brings learning to life, and hopefully resurrects Resilience too.

If you’re looking to unlock the secrets of Resilience and drive a positive change within your teams or organisation, then this interactive event is perfect for you. Mark 19th October in your calendars to secure your spot for the event here in Hong Kong and embark on a journey of discovery and unravel the mystery of who killed Resilience. Drinks, snacks, and lunch included, of course.
