Join us at the first ever Global Work and Organizational Psychology (G-WOP) Conference on 18 September

24 hours of non-stop learning and networking across the global community. Plus, your invite to our two follow on events!

Two times HR Most Influential Thinker of 2024 and 2025, and psychometric community leader, Nikita Mikhailov, is on a mission to get psychologists and leaders alike to connect more globally and openly on the impact of everything psychology in the workplace. He has teamed up with SIOP to host an event like no other on 18 September.

The plan? 24 hours of continuous expert-led sessions and networking online, open free to anyone with membership from the BPS, ABP, SIOP or similar membership organisations across the world. Lumina Learning CEO, Dr Stew, will be speaking during the event all around our psychometric mission for innovation too!

In Nikita and SIOP’s own words:

“It’s a new initiative across more than a dozen professional Industrial-Organizational societies and governing bodies from around the world. This event aims to bring colleagues together for connection, reflection, and shared learning to cultivate meaningful action.

As the world of work continues to evolve, presenting both challenges and opportunities, the I-O psychology organizations believe it’s time to come together, across borders, time zones, and career stages, to listen, learn, support one another, and explore this fascinating field of psychology that connects us all.

This unique, virtual format will occur over a 24-hour period, presenting a global marathon of conversations and ideas. The online format, spread across time zones and with every session recorded to be available to current members at a future date, is designed to make it easier than ever for colleagues from around the world to take part, wherever you are, and whenever it works for you.”
