With RTO mandates, organisations upscaling, downscaling and restructuring, and another generation entering the workforce, we want to bring experts together for the big question everyone is grappling with…how can we move away from scrambling to respond and instead embrace change to be a true organisational strength? We’re ripping the band aid off. No oversimplifications. No putting deep challenges into neat yet ineffective boxes.
