Jonathan Cannon

Senior Business Psychologist

Lumina Learning

I’m an experienced Certified Business Psychologist working in psychometrics, with a passion for industry-focused research that can make a targeted difference to organisations by helping their people to be their best. My main interests lie in combining statistics and linguistics to develop psychometrics that are statistically robust to be more accurate and relatable, and likewise more inclusive for a wide range of audiences. I want everyone to find value and meaning when engaging with development assessments and likewise, I want organisations to be able to act upon the powerful data available to them.
