Mireille is a Lumina Learning Partner and member of the Lumina Learning faculty team. Responsible for the continuous professional development of our Practitioner community, Mireille has designed and delivered an extensive range of training programmes covering coaching, facilitation and organization development skills.
Prior to taking on a global role, Mireille was based in Japan where she qualified over 100 Practitioners in Lumina Spark, Lumina Leader, Lumina Sales and Lumina Emotion. She has experience working with organisations in Asia and Europe as a coach, workshop facilitator, public speaker and moderator.
Born and raised in Tokyo, Mireille is fluent in English and Japanese and considers herself to be bicultural as well as bilingual. Mireille has an MSc in People and Organisation Development from the Roffey Park Institute.
Mireille also has an MA in Music Business Management from the University of Westminster and a BSc in Physics from the University of Sussex. She is a certified Action Learning Coach and is trained in a number of psychometrics.
