Emma has a passion for data and measurement precision which is at the heart of psychometrics. Her 20+ years’ experience in psychometric development has been working mainly in research, design, productisation, and enhancement of psychometric assessments and their reports, internationally. She has held senior product development positions within the R&D departments of several international consultancies, including Talogy, Korn Ferry and Sova Assessment. Within these positions, she has led the development of off-the-shelf personality, competency, ability and motivation suites, as well as customised and highly bespoke assignments for clients across the world. Now an independent consultant, Emma helps people understand and advises on the principles of psychometrics, as well as building new tools for clients.

When Emma isn't talking about psychometrics, she is happiest with a backpack and flip flops somewhere tropical.
