Katie is an independent business psychologist and coach who specialises in providing organisations with advice and expertise in the areas of high potential talent and leadership development and employee engagement.  She is experienced in coaching directors and those in senior roles to manage change, improve their performance and be successful leaders.

 Katie has been working with Inspire (a Lumina UK Strategic Alliance) since 2018, supporting new and existing practitioners in their work with Lumina Spark and other Lumina products.  She has extensive experience using Lumina in coaching and in talent and leadership development.

 

Katie has a MsC in Business Psychology from London Met University and a BsC (Hons) in Psychology from the Open University.

 

She is an EMCC Accredited Coach at Practitioner Level and a Certified Business Psychologist with the Association for Business Psychology.
