Nicole has 30 years’ international experience working with individuals, teams and organisations within Fortune 500 companies. Nicole is a world expert in applying integrative psychometrics to ensure deep and lasting growth.
Nicole is a Co-founder and Global Director of Lumina Learning, supporting company growth and product development. Nicole consults, facilitates and coaches clients in the UK and South Africa. She is a lead member of faculty, qualifying and supporting practitioners to provide expert coaching using the Lumina suite of assessments. Nicole is passionate about scientifically proving the impact of coaching and enabling sustainable ongoing growth.
Nicole is also a co-founder of The Growth Project (TGP), a charity committed to “helping those who help”. We partner twenty leaders of emerging charities and businesses, facilitating a 10-month transformational leadership Growth programme. The leaders also receive individual coaching to fulfil their potential and deepen their connection to social purpose. TGP’s ultimate goal is to help blur the lines between the For Profit and Non Profit sector. Nicole is also co-chair of a Women’s Interfaith Network group facilitating monthly sessions to create understanding and connectedness across faiths.
