The IT Administrator is responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network infrastructure and cloud services.
Installing and maintaining hardware and software, supporting users in their day to day use of IT, and participating in research and development to continuously improve and keep up with the IT business needs of the organisation.
Actively resolving problems and issues to limit work disruptions within Lumina Learning.

Overall accountability for proactively sourcing new Partners around the world developing and managing these Partners.
To carefully decern between prospects and opportunities that will either fall into viable new Partners for the business, or into viable Business Practitioner (Client) relationships, in line with business plan and strategic objectives.
To identify and build processes for co-ordinating delivery into Client Accounts that are global in their nature, using the Lumina Learning Partner network and arranging commercial splits.
