Graduate Software Developer
We are looking for smart and enthusiastic graduates to join our development team as full stack web developers to help us maintain and deliver new features and services to our cutting-edge platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the platform
- Investigating system bugs
- Effective communication of the initial response to investigation
- Covering key platform development responsibilities as required
- Delivering new products and solutions based on requirements
- Specifying technical solutions to business problems
- Other ad hoc projects as required.
Global Business Development and Partnership Manager
Overall accountability for proactively sourcing new Partners around the world developing and managing these Partners.
To carefully decern between prospects and opportunities that will either fall into viable new Partners for the business, or into viable Business Practitioner (Client) relationships, in line with business plan and strategic objectives.
To identify and build processes for co-ordinating delivery into Client Accounts that are global in their nature, using the Lumina Learning Partner network and arranging commercial splits.
Overall accountability for proactively identify sales leads, pitch products and solutions to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with all new business contacts and opportunities.
To ensure that all new business and relationships built are handed over to the account management team for ongoing support and development. Generate a sales funnel of profitable new business contributing to an increase in UK sales.
EMEA Account Manager / Business Development
Overall accountability for the growth, support and development of selected UK (and some EMEA) accounts.
To deliver support, expertise and solutions knowledge to clients in line with their strategic plans.
Be confident and capable to deliver effective interventions, team based workshops and coaching sessions in order to support existing clients, and in later stage Business Development Opportunities.
Graduate Marketing Co-Ordinator – Analytics and Website Management
To maintain and evolve our marketing websites to maximise impact, SEO and optimise lead generation. Ensuring web analytics and tracking are maintained to inform the development of the sites.
Market Research and analytics responsibilities include market research, analysis of marketing sites, social media and partner/SA/Practitioner surveys to inform marketing strategy.
Ultimately, you will help us reach our target audience by ensuring we understand our customer base and deliver valuable and appealing online information about our company and products.
The mobile developer is responsible for supporting and further developing our mobile applications. Initially the role will be engaged in the redevelopment of our existing native (iOS and Android) application into a single React Native project, and then the development of additional mobile applications based on the requirements set by the product development team.
The candidate will be the first member of the mobile development team and will be confident in the aspects of delivering a React Native project for Android and iOS, and capable of being as a subject matter expert. Additional developers will be added to this team over time, so this represents a great opportunity for someone with the correct mindset, and experience to evolve into a senior position within the team.
