And the winner is…
It is with great pleasure that we can announce this day that Catapult Cell & Gene Therapy supported by Lumina Learning has bagged the ‘Excellence in Learning Development’ award at this year’s prestigious ABP awards, while Lantern Training and Inemmo (ably supported by Lumina Learning) beat stiff competition to scoop the much-coveted ‘Excellence in Diversity, Equality and Inclusion’ award. From everyone at Lumina Learning, may we offer you our heartfelt congratulations?
The awards ceremony (an exclusive black-tie affair held in London on Thursday 10th November) saw the great and the good of our industry come together to celebrate the excellence in the field of Business Psychology.
A Night To Remember
When Catapult Cell and Gene Therapy were looking for ways in which to develop its people, they turned to Lumina Learning. Taking Lumina Spark, they set about adapting it to their needs. They came up with the three B’s framework: ‘Build,’ ‘Boost’ and ‘Beyond.’ Now, Lumina Spark is fully embedded into Catapult’s culture and is an integral part of its People Strategy.
Lumina Spark in particular, and Lumina Learning in general dovetail beautifully with CGT Catapult’s four values: Collaboration, People, Innovation and Aspiration. But if Catapult had one overarching aim, it was this: to make its personality assessment stick. And stick it evidently did.
Deep Diversity
We at Lumina Learning have long known that Lantern Training and Inemmo had done sterling work not only in supercharging team/individual development but also in improving diversity and inclusion in the refugee camps of Kakuma, Dadaab and elsewhere in Kenya, but to see their hard work and skill ( and of course that of Catapult) recognised by such distinguished judges is particularly gratifying. Long may it continue!
