Lumina Learning walks away with an award at Learning Pool Live 2021

Learning Pool Live took place in London yesterday on the 14th, marking the long-awaited return to in-person events! The prestigious event brought great opportunities to network with learning professionals from near and far. It turned out to be a celebration for 4 winners of the Learning Pool awards, including Lumina Learning.

We proudly announce that Lumina Learning has been crowned the winner for the Most Innovative Use of Learning Technologies award.

Covid-19 has significantly impacted all our lives in some way, shape or form. For learning professionals, blended learning is the way forward! So, it’s no wonder the judges were so impressed with our Qualifications and how we made use of our LLXP to provide unrivalled support to learners, especially during instability.

After all, our Lumina Learning Experience Platform brings every Lumina solution to life with trackable, interactive, user-led development experiences that engage participants from before, during and after personal development interventions. All elements of the design enable practitioners to collaborate and apply their learning throughout the programme using a blended learning approach.

The award for Most Innovative Use of Learning Technologies is an incredible achievement! Our Qualifications use learning technologies to make a unique and innovative contribution to the delivery of learning, which has shaped the L&D delivery within Lumina Learning and beyond into our Practitioner community.

This year’s competition was fierce, with applicants from around the globe showcasing their hard work and commitment over the past year. So, to say we are incredibly proud of this achievement would be an understatement!

Not only did we walk away as first-place winners for Most Innovative Use of Learning Technologies. But we were highly commended for our 2nd submission for Best Learning Transformation in Response to COVID-19.

Although we did not win both awards, we take it as a compliment to have been mentioned in both categories, giving testament to the hard work and collaboration put into the last year and the submissions.

The Live event certainly did not disappoint, with a day full of excitement, practical live demos and thought-provoking keynotes from Nick Shackleton Jones and Hannah Fry. We are still feeling the lasting effects of the day, with those of us who attended left feeling energised and ready to transform our learning and development journey!
